Happy New Year!

Another year has gone by, which means it’s coming up to another 365 days of Me living as Nancy.  Very cool!  I’m wondering how many more of these sets of 365 days I get to have, and how much fun can happen between now and then.  Living my life as if each day is an opportunity for new experiences, is the only way I want to play.  No one truly knows which 24 hours is their last, including me, so every hour is a gift and an honor.

365 days ago my life was flipping upside down and a little on the out-of-control side.  365 day ago I would never have thought my personal space would feel like this, almost calm.  About 190 days ago my life was given another chance to begin anew.  A mere 120 days ago I still had a lost-sort-of-feeling inside me.  Not today!  And I say Hallelujah for this! Happiest of Holidays!

What are the Holidays for me? – Well…The Holidays are a lot of things.  Focusing on the best parts is what brings me happiness; the sharing of Love, a simple hug, a smile, conversations, gifts, parties…

I remember as a kid, that I enjoyed the idea of the celebration of the holidays.  Somehow with these celebrations came the stresses of needing to shop and get the ‘right’ presents for people, and/or the have-tos of what’s expected of me.  Silly stuff… It was a predicament back then, but truthfully I knew of nothing else.
